and in india.In philippines was registered but in india , i dont know bec of diff. law.my question is now there is a girl involved and she got pregnant. i am the legal wife,what cases i can possible sue to this girl who destroying our marriage and to my husband?I am afraid that they will marry secretly,or ask financial support for the baby and she will use my husbands name for her baby.what im suppose to do?pls help me.to add more,i am working in kuwait living wit my husband.and the girl now in philippines.So what is the possible way that she cant go out for abroad and my husband cant visit the phil?coz i dont want them to meet each other anymore.

you don't mentioned the religion of your husband. but anyway if he is a hindu or christian you don't have to worry coz marriage in hindu and christian indians is sacred, unless u are or your husband is a muslim. in islam, more than one marriage is allowed.
