  2. The basic requirement is the employment contract signed by you and the employer. This must be verified by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office that the contract is valid. You need that to apply for the employment visa at the Korean Embassy.

Upon issuance of visa, submit the following documents to the Name Hire Processing Center of the POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration):

    - verified employment contract

    - work permit/visa

    - passport

    - 2 passport size pictures

You have to go through this process at the POEA for your OFW card for easier departure and access services here and abroad.
