  1. Hormones are a part of it.  Now that you are near family, USE THEM!!! Let your Mom babysit when she offers, don't feel guilty about taking time for yourself. You are lucky to have family around you.

    Good luck!

  2. Hormones are probably to blame here, it's totally normal and understandable. If you have undertaken something as stressful as a house-move recently, that's even more reason for you to be slightly more on-edge than normal, in addition to a new baby. Keep yourself surrounded by people who make you happy and importantly, try to make "me time" for yourself. Even if this means a bubble bath once in a while whilst a member of your family watches your son, you'll be suprised at how much good that mental space- alone does for you.

  3. Ask your family that you moved close to, to help you out...have them take your son, if even for an hour so you can have a break...

  4. well my mom suffered from whats called, "PPD" post pardon depression.

Its something that happens 2 people after their pregnancy, its normal, but doesn't happen 2 every1, but some people. depends.  but dont b worried.

  5. You don't need to overload yourself, the man in question should be able to help because you're not a slave but helpmate.  People around you should be able to help out because that is what we do in Africa here, as the proverb goes: Only a woman deliver a baby but many partake in the upbringing.

    Cheer up and be alart.

  6. It is your hormones.  Just try to relax as much as possible and get others to help out.  When you feel the need to cry, then just let the tears come because it will help out.  Even if you don't really know why you are crying.  Once you get adjusted things will be so much better.  I promise.  If for some reason your depression doesn't go away though you might want to see a doctor.
