i need to rent a place to stay for around 1 year. is there any affordable apartment for rental ard RM350-RM600 per month. pls i need asistance urgently. I also need to know how the rental payment procedures is like.. Heeeeelllllppppp!!!!

Kasturi is in Chinatown.

Within walking distance will be Bukit Bintang where the room rates are at rm 350-400 .

Or a further distance from it, but serves with LRT within Pudu area where the room rates are at rm 250-300

Usual procedure will be one month rental deposit+one month rental advance  

Room rates only for the standard walk up flats housing.As apartments and condo room will be much expensive
