As you can see already from the responses ....you wont find the answer here.. unless you want to be patronised for making spelling mistakes in your second language.

I am not sure if there is funding but I honestly wouldnt recommend Singapore as a place to be a freelance writer. I live here and it has a notoriously restriced press. You may find Indonesia has more scope to grow or places like Philippines, Thailand or India.

Yeah it's called a wallet. If a writer learn to use your spell checker and work on yuor English if that is the language you intend to write in. Good luck.
