Im a freshman who can bench 135 and i weigh 140 pounds? How do I get my max up drastically?

  3. I would try to gain some weight and work out alot.  There really is no secret.  Just alot of food and alot of bench pressing!! Go every other day though cuz you need to give you muscles time to rest.
