  1. for a freshman i'd say 80...at least.

but it all depends on how big you are. i mean if you only weigh 100 it might be hard for you to bench your own weight

  2. well im goin into freshmen football next year ( but im not goin to b a freshmen for 3 years (they let us start early if theres not alot of players wich thees not) anyways i can bench aroung 60 i dont have any tips really just to lift often so u can get stronger and bench more

i no this wont help alot but i hope it helps at least a little

  3. im a freshman football player and i cant bench a whole lot (145) im 165 pounds but im pretty good but there are some older guys who bench a whole lot but arent the best at football like i always say on here: size strength and speed dont mean $hit if u cant play football

  4. Start with atleast 75 pounds. If its easy, go up. Keep going till it gets harder and harder. When you get to your last one, do the one before that one and that should be your bench max.

  5. Benching is not as big as a deal as some say it is, but the only way u can get better and increase ur weight is to simply keep doing it and adding more weight every week or so... just go to the gym with someone who knows what they r doing and have them spot u and help u out, thats all the advice I can really give...

  6. dude ur weak as h**l im in 8th grade and i play full back i bench 110 135 max
