  1. Wow, those times are really good for a freshman, but anyway, it depends on how hard you work. If you run off season almost every day and work hard to hit times, when you come back to track next year you will probably have under a 4:30 and probably around a 1:54. If you kind of work of season but not to hard and are just enjoying your time off you will probably get more like a 4:38 and maybe 2 minutes flat

  2. no one can tell you what you're going to get next year. if i didn't know better, i'd say you were bragging. jk, those are really good times. nice job.

  3. First of all, u are an amazing runner. Im 7th grade and run 5.09 mile and a 2.14 800m. I plan on getting 4.41 for the mile next year at the conclusion of my season.

I definitely think u will still improve your time, because our bodies are still growing. But I dont think u are going to be dropping 15sec at a time, like ur probly used to because your time is very good, and at a certain point, it gets very hard to drop time. next year, i think u will get, at minimum, 4.35. You can do even better than that like 4.29.

You are going to be an amazing runner and i hope to compete against u one day!

  4. Depends on your summer training well all training until next track season.  I would say do cross country to keep you in shape and then you will see your times dropping!

With summer training, cross country, and track training you will most likely get sub 2min 800 and then for the mile...its hard to say
