Again....if you aint messin with us, then thats great. you will only get faster. BUT, dont let it get to your head. take care of the arm, and run to keep your stamina up. if you do that, then you will be in the bigs one day.

The biggest thing you need to work on is maintaing your fastball speed with location. Do you throw 80 mph on a Stalker gun? Same thing with your change up (if you don't have one then you better start working on it fast), and finally your breaking ball (I strongly advise against breaking balls until you are a Sophomore  in high school so if you do use one then use it as your third pitch for now until next year).

Well its extremely uncommon for a 14-15 year old to throw 80. If u aint bs-ing, then youll prob play in the show one day....

IF you're not just pulling our legs than i bet you'll easily make varsity. But otherwise your hat may be too tight.
