  1. thats good that you have height so you dont have to worry bout stunting your growth

i wouldnt recommend that you do them everyday as you will need time to repair the muscle that you tear

i would suggest either heavy squatting every 3 days

or light squatting every 2 days

when you are heavy squatting do 5 sets

increase the weight every time so you will only be able to do 8, 8, 6, 5, 4 reps every time

make sure you use enough weight to tear the muscle to gain the most size and power

for light you could just do a certain amount that is moderately difficult for multiple reps with 3 to 4 sets

    keep in mind though

    if you over do it

you may blow your knees out

so start out slowly and then build up

you will start seeing and feeling results immediately

  2. squats do harm for knees and mucles...No one should do them

  3. There isn't a set number of squats everyone should do. Push yourself as much as you can and far as you can go. After you feel like you can't do anymore do 10 more.
