Im a guy and im growing my hair out for the first time..?

i've always had a short cut,so i need some help bc i wanna grow my hair out,is there anyway i can make it grow faster,what can i do to make it look better,how should i take care of it....i really need some help ppl...

Drink milk and exercise this will not only help you grow your hair, but you'll grow faster period.

just remember to comb it because i didn't comb my hair and it turned in to 5 dread locks at the back.
