Im a junior in high school and ive always wanted to be a pediatrician. i have about a 3.2 gpa. can i do it?

what can i do to further prepare myself..

my best scores on my tests are in english and writing, my worst are in math and science..

does that matter?

  1. To become a pediatrician requires you to complete Medical School.  Being weak in Math and Science is going to make it a tough road.  High school grades are not really taken into consideration but in college you should have a 3.7 or higher to get into Med School.  Study hard.

  2. A 3.2 GPA is good but certainly is not outstanding. To be a pediatrician you must be very good at both math and science.

    Take classes that will help you improve or obtain a tutor for these areas./
