  1. OK well they might have the wrong # but if it is really bothering you next time it calls tell your mom, dad , or call the copes kk hope i helped and be brave 4 me k !

  2. Let your message machine take the calls for awhile. That way you can monitor who you want to talk to. Eventually the calls will stop. I think.

  3. Hi, my sister and I have just looked the number up as well on yahoo and found out that there had been tons of people receiving weird calls from this number as well.  Check out the link below.  Her and I have gotten a call from this number too yesterday and today.

  4. Call the phone company and report it immediately. They can trace the call. You are very wise to be wary. If you're really cute is was probably bill clinton.

  5. that's so creepy.

  6. It is a strong possibility that your calls are not coming

from some place in Arkansas as you believe.

But, coming from outside the United States,

    maybe from Europe or Asia.

The problem is some caller ID stuff from foreign

countries don't quite mix well with USA phone systems.

Some people will get 8 mumbers some well over

10 numbers on their caller IDs. Others will get numbers

and when they call back the number is to a person that

doesn't know what the heck the caller is talking about,

or to a non-working phone number.

  7. Here are a few more reasons why this may occur:

The number belongs to a pay phone; they typically no longer allow incoming calls.

The caller has outbound service only, or was cut off from inbound calls due to a past due bill

The call is originating from a PBX (office telephone network). The number displaying is that of the trunk line from the office, which is in fact a phantom number that does not allow for incoming calls.

Same as above, but the number belongs to a long distance carrier your long distance carrier or local phone company picks up the phantom phone number from the other LD network.
