I`m a newly migrant in AU, Brisbane. How could I have a casual job for first months?

I`m a computer programmer and i am a little good at C# programming. But I`m afraid that I couldn`t find my own career for first months in Brisbane! Could I have a good job in fast food or every where so I could earn suficient money for me and my wife?

There are lots of jobs going in brissy at the moment - I would suggest you go to http://www.seek.com.au/ and apply for some jobs before you get here.  If you can't find a job in your industry quickly enough it is always easy to get a job at a fast food place like maccas and kfc - however they won't pay a lot.  If you are willing to work overtime and odd hours though you will be ok and get a bit more than the average.
