  1. Be yourself if everyone in there made up a good impression the meeting proves nothing good!but a waste of time!

  2. Nothing wrong with bringing your sonograms...don't bother talking bad about the ex...not worth the waste of breath.

  3. Well, wear something that is appropriate so you can make a good impression... not something that makes you look old or something that makes you look like those teens that look like they are ready to hook up. I'm sure you'll do great and you sound really mature about what is going on. It's a good idea to meet others like you to share situations. About your ex, don't worry, if you don't want to talk about it say so and say he is just not in the picture Also about bringing your son, if you can contact whoever runs the meeting or sponsors it etc. and ask and if you can't simply decide if you think it's a good idea and he won't be disruptive.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

    And have fun! :]

  4. I just wouldn't go into details about it- you can be really general and just say your ex is not in the picture or not supportive.  I'm sure lots of them have similar situations.  Depends on your personality too- I'm the kind that would just sit back and listen for a bit and probably wouldn't say much.  Good for you for going to the meeting.

  5. yes!! bring the sonos!!!!!!!!!!

  6. it's a parenting class not a talk about your ex class.

  7. Caitlin,

I've seen you post quite a bit.  I have to say, you've been super strong and very mature about everything going on.

If you want to talk about your ex, go for it, it might help other moms too if you share.  Spread your strength!
