  1. Being too technical would make you less practical for you.

If you're a beginner in veganism, should you been a specialist in regular vegetarianism? If not, try the basic vegetarianism first.

    Good luck!

  2. Start out eating fruits, vegetables, and grains while exploring your other options.

Also, there are grocery stores that sell vegan-friendly (?) products...

  3. I don't know about coupons, but these are the most common ingredients that are from animals:

    Gelatin (in jelly and marshmallows)

    Whey

    Casein/Caseinate

    Lard

    Shellac

    Beeswax

    Collegan

    Honeycomb

    Cochineal

    Egg Protein/Dairy Protein

    Glycerol/Glycerin

Lactose (in some brands of salt and vinegar chips)

    Lanolin

    Rennet

You probably won't see many of those, they're pretty obsecure ingredients

  4. It's tough to get vegan or vegetarian coupons. I haven't seen one so far. When you shop for groceries, definitely watch out for gelatin. And for vegan like you, you may need to watch out for dairy products as well.

I'm a vegetarian and I know vegan is much more strict than me. But do read ingredients of the product before you buy. Good luck!
