Im a shy person, will NJROTC help me overcome that?

I believe it will because you will be in situations where you have to engage with others and do things you normally would not do.  I enlisted into the Navy but am shy in most situations.  While serving in the Navy, I have had to do Powerpoint presentations to an entire room including high ranking officers.  I have also performed in roles that I would never have envisioned doing and my confidence when dealing with people is now very high.
