Question:

Im a size 14 maybe 16 in some stores. I want to be a size 6 but nice and tight ( from working out )?

Im about 200/210 lbs now, how much weight will i have to lose? i already started working out.

  1. It depends on your height and your frame. I'm 5'2" and a tiny frame, I am a size 6 at around 120lbs. My friend is taller and she is a size 6 at around 135bs.

    Good luck with the exercise, make sure you get your heart rate up and several times a week do some muscle and toning exercises.

  4. here is my advice to you..working out alone will not reduce your size. i recommend doing cardiovascular exercise the first thing u do in the morning on an empty stomach and you will realize the difference from the second week

  6. be sure you are comfortable with yourself and your own body, lose the weight carefully so you do not regain it

  7. i hate being size 4/6 (english), its not like i do it on purpose, but you get called anorexic by random strangers - and friends suspect that you are, cause you've lost the weight.

    i lost about 1/2 a stone to go from 8 to 4/6, but then i've grown aswell,

    but if your doing it a healthy way, it should be fine - if your toned skinny rather than boney skinny.

    it really does depend on you height

    six is really small,, and personally i think its pretty much anerexic
