i try to lose weight but i gain it back how do lose it and keep it off but get from a size 16 to 12 in dresses by october in a healthy way but fast

  2. The way I see it, there are two aspects of weight loss.  The physical and the emotional.

    Physical: Diet and exercise.  Eat balanced diet including  fat burning foods like carrots and other vegetables.  Also, establish a healthy routine for your eating and sleeping as these too go together more than we realise sometimes.  And exercise.  I have personally found that joining some kind of sport or exercise club is helpful because of the motivation of others.

    Emotional:  Stress can lead you losing your eating routine.  Try not to worry about it too much.  You will lose the weight.  I did. And seek out other enjoyable activities to keep yourself active.  Just keep on, even if you fail sometimes just start over immediately.  All the best!
