  1. plyometrics, lunges, jump ropes, squat jumps, etc


  2. NairB's suggestions are quite valid.  It is fun to do them in a circuit so boredom doesn't occur.

  4. Wow there are so many ways to work out. (and personally, ...weights aren't a good way to work out.) And dont forget your abs and lungs! Some good exercises for runners are front back go's. If your on a track try jogging one lap and sprinting your heart out the next, jog another and sprint the next, and so on. Hills!!!! Run hills, they will give you wings when you run on level ground! If your interested in more just respond back!
