Im a tenant......?

I'm a tenant from a commercial space. I pay my rent on time but the landlord of the property is going bankrupt. Whats my situation if the bank is repossessing the property? Is the bank going to respect my lease because I have a lease for ten years, if not what should I do?

From your description I have to assume that the landlord is also the owner. If he isn't then you have no problems. You will have to contact the bank to see what rules govern in your state and go from there.pp
