In the "Altstadt" - that's the Old Town, close to the Rheine and the "Schlossturm" (Tower). There you will find local prints, paintings, etchings, etc

Buy where it is the most convenient for you.  I found that in Germany, like in the US, every store in every city has the same things for the same price.  Everything is going to be sooo expensive in Europe.  My daughter recently came to the US, her plane ticket was covered by what she saved on cosmetics and new work clothing.
