  1. stay clean, clean your spandex a lot. if you wear underwear under the spandex, make sure it has a cotton crotch area. some yeast infections can be caused b/c the fabric doesn't let your area air out.

  2. use cotton crotch undies, and take frequent showers.

  3. according to some experts its good to go commando at night to give your v****a some air. especially if its gonna be concealed all day. i sa it on the tyra banks show.

  4. hygience mainly I guess..but for now try using anti-fungal creams such as hydrozole..works very well..stops the itch..and dun scratch ur privates! They do spread around the body..

  5. Leave the thongs alone!  Try to stay clean, dry and discard all of the non-cotton undies.

  6. umm. . .i think there is more to your yeast infections then just wearing spandex all day, because i have played vball since as long i can remember and i have never gotten a yeast infection nor has any of my team mates, and i mean i have been in tournaments where i have to wear my spanex from early in the morning to late at night, just the life of vball, sorry i can't help you with your yeast issues.

  7. lots of cranberry juice...  :)

  8. keep your stuff clean and stay off the antibiotics
