If u havnt already done so, go see a psycologist, cause u can very well be makin a mistake, cause u may have been born this way making you transgender, or thorugh out ur years u may have had some tramatic thing happen to you which cause ur brain to think diffrently, just see a psycologist first

well if you want to physically totally become a girl youll have to get some surgeries which can be quite expense. what i would do is go to the doctor he may be able to give you a pill which will help your body create female hormoes. it will make your voice more like a girls and also probelly give you some b***s. work your way from there
