The frames for BMX and mountain bikes are smaller sizes than those of road bikes.

I'm 5'4", and have been trying a large number of road bikes lately. This one would be about my size, maybe a little large. You definitely need something signifigantly bigger. Find a local bike shop and try out different sizes of bikes. The people working there can give you the best advice as to what will fit you based on your size and style.

well im 5'6 still growing and i have a bmx type bike 20 inch rims. so you would probably like the 26 better off. it all depends what type of bike.

bmx have small wheel like 18 to 20 but mountain bikes are about i think i saw a 23 inch to i think i have no clue what the biggest is but yeah..you should go to your local bike shop and sit on it and see what you like

go get fitted at your LBS. Im 6'2" and ride a 19" Stumpjumper. I would not call it a "small" frame. also, I've never seen a 19.7" frame. where was this bike? usually MTB are in whole inches and road bikes are in cm.
