Question:

Im about 5"10-5"11 and weigh 160lbs. I bench 180lbs. Is that a good max for my weight and height.?

  2. its not bad if you are young, i'm about 6 feet tall and in high school i was putting up about 300.  when you get a little bit older though you start to realize that there is no real good reason to do bench press.  expect for sports.

  3. that's quite good, but i personally always try to push as much as i can, constantly trying to move forward


  4. That's not bad for only weighing 160.

    Though, if you continue to work out you should be able to get to the point where you could easily do set's of 180, and probably much more.

    Keep up the good work, you're already ahead of a lot of people.
