Im african american...is it bad if i leave my conditioner in my hair for a very long period of time?????

the longer you leave it in, the longer it will absorb it and make it more hydrated

No,its not bad to leave conditioner in your hair, especially if your hair is natural. I usually leave it in for an hour. You can also mix conditioner with water in a spray bottle, about half of each and use it moisturize your hair.E-mail me if you want to know more!!

not at all, it makes sure your hair is nice...im african american to...my hair is relaxed...i noramally have my conditioner in my hair for 10-20 minutes depending if im in a rush.....and i it under a dryer...its supose to bee very good

also don't listen to peopel who dont hair your have texture

i do hair and i have a lot of colleagues and clients that will actually sleep with conditioner and a shower cap on.  usually with a very moisturizing conditioner.

Your hair gets weaker so it is best to wash it out in the shower.
