Im after a online ADOPTION not in anyway illegal or fraud?

Like having your name changed online or something,

I do not want something illegal but something that feels like a real adoption but i can get it done online with the other person

Nope, can't happen.  You have to go to court.

Like a real adoption by saying thats a lie and you are fallsifing paper work its illigal no matter how u put it.

How do you get the baby?  FedEx or UPS?

Adopting parents have to be screened in cleared.  This cannot happen on line.

If you want to change your name you can do it through the court...you cannot do it on line.  It doesn't cost that much and you just have to show that you aren't a criminal or changing your name to get out of debt.

If you just want your name changed, you can do that through your  local court.  It's very simply, but there is a fee, however, to file the paperwork.  It won't give two people the same legal rights than an adoption will, however.

If you are an adult and want to be adopted by another adult, you can do this, too.  Again, it's a simple process, but there is a filing fee.  

You can't just do these things without following some sort of legal channel.  It's a little inconvenient to file papers and pay a fee (not very expensive at all,)  but it is required.

there is no way to do either on line...at least not legally. and you cannot get custody of or guardianship of a child on line. Perhaps you could get copies of the paperwork online but you still need to go thru the court system.
