Question:

Im after some adoption advice?

I live in the uk and thinking about adopting not right now but some time in the future im polish ulkrianian italian (sorry spelling) im unsure if to adopt from here or one of our countries i'd like 1-2 children that are prefrebly brother sister or related someway so they have a connection of there own but have no other family at all i would hate to have taken a child away for any kind of family we just want to give a child or 2 a good child hood but we know nothing about it we do all have italian pass ports but nothing else any advice?? it may not even come off we're thinking definatley not for the next 3-5years maybe longer but just thought id see what others thought thanks

    The people who could give you the best advice would be the Adoption and Fostering Officers employed by Social Services.

    They will have a Social Services Office in the Town where you live, just call in and ask if you can have an appointment to discuss adoption procedures for a future date.

    They would be able to tell you if you need to have British Passports or if it would be better to consider adopting from your Country of Birth.  There are a lot of people of all three of your Nationalities living in the UK.
