Im almost 15 years old and i still dont have my periods. is this normal? should i be worried?

I am an ex-artsitic gymnast and i have heard that it is normal for gymnast to develop late but I'm starting to get a little worried. i trained as an elite gymnast for many years. almost all of my friends have had theirs for alomost 2 years.

should i be concerned

OR

am i just lucky?

Be thrilled! You can have s*x & not worry about getting pregnant. Also, having s*x during your period can be messy. The upside of having s*x during your period is that your period & side effects like craps, etc won't last as long

Extensive exercise can cause this to happen and some ppl also just develop very late. I know some1 who didn't have a period until they were 16!! So u probably shouldn't worry to much, but i would be better and ease your worries a lot better if you go to your doctor.

I wouldn't worry just yet, I was kind of later too. When I did start though, they were really regular and I didn't have much trouble with cramping like my earlier friends.

In a way you are lucky. But don't worry bout it too much. I did not start mine till after I turned 15. It willl come, enjoy life without it for now.
