Your in the wrong place first of all, but anyway try the "Dawn of War" Warhammer 40k, All "Total War" series, the "Company of Heroes" and of course any of the "Brother in Arms" series.

I brought these up because the require and invovle tactics and stragery at the small unit level. And as a fighting man I can respect their accuracy.

If your really bored...I said read some good military books. Gets me through the day and also just living the military lifestyle.
