    gradually reduce your portion size.

  2. I tend to eat a lot too, simply becuase i eat, then i feel full but not long after i'm hungry again.

I saw this yougurt that has an added prtien ingreidient that is supposed to make you feel fuller for longer, i ate one and it works!

  3. That will be because your Fat and probably blame being diabetic for it aswell!.

Stop eating Chips and Donner Kebabs and start eating healthly. If you already do eat healthy then you should of wrote that.

  4. I too feel like this,i used to take fibre biscuits.Try it,u wnt feel hungry often.

  5. What do you eat LOADS of? If you are eating the wrong type of foods, you will be getting highs and lows in your blood sugar levels making you hungry. Eat slow release carbs and protein. Snack wise things like nuts (but not handfuls as they are high calorie!) oatcakes... lots of fruit and raw veg / salad so you have a lot of chewing!! Carrots raw are a good thing to much if you are watching your calorie intake. But over all make sure you have slow release carbs at each meal, things like porridge oats, whole meal bread or seeded bread, wholemeal pasta not white, same with rice.... jacket potatoes, or bake sweet potato as that is better still. Avoid things with sugar as that makes you blood sugar levels go high, your body then produces a lot of insulin to deal with the sugar hit, and then you get a rebound low blood sugar again not long after which leave you end hungrierier than you were to star with!

  6. go to the doctor cos u might have that disorder where u never get full up, i don;t know what it's  called but it is a genuine disorder

  7. Nuts can crave hunger for me.

    Whole grain cereal, too.

    Try drinking lots of water.

  8. Whenever I can't stop eating I drink tea..you should try it too..it's also healthy..

  10. You sound as though you have too much time on your hands you need too get a hobby or work. You don't say what you eat loads of? Have you seen doctor about worms?

  11. What foods are you eating right now?  If you are eating a lot of processed, sugary foods then that's your problem.  These will be "High GL" foods and these release their energy fast, so you get a rush of energy but shortly after you get a slump, feel hungry and eat more - it's a vicious circle.

Google Low GL Foods or buy a small book on the subject.  Low GL foods keep you full for longer, they are wholesome, natural, un-processed foods that release their energy in a slow controlled manner so no energy or sugar spike then crash.

We often mistake thirst for hunger.  If you think you are hungry, have a glass of water.  If you are still hungry in 10 minutes, have a piece of fruit.

  12. i always eat when i have nothing to do so i try to keep myself busy.

  13. you can eat LOADS of vegetable soups and raw veg and raw fruit and never gain an ounce, and water, so gorge on salad and fruits and know you are fdoing yoruself a favour, dont worry about it, as long as you dont gorge on high fat high sugar things, and your thyroid is ok and you dont have a psychological need/addiction or suffer prada willis syndrome.

find an interest not related to food, do exercise.

dr can prescribe appetite suppressants  in worst cases if you have a true problem.

  14. Drink lots and lots of water, keep yourself occupied.

When you do eat, try to avoid very heavy foods, and large portions, eat slowly,as these help stretch out your stomach, so it will require more food to make you feel full next time.

stop before you feel full, so that what you ate has time to digest, otherwise you're just going to keep over-filling yourself, and again, stretching out your stomach.

A plate of food (for a correct proportion to your body size)  should be about the size of both of your fist curled and placed next to eachother.

So, hold those fists over your food, and if it looks about the same, thats how much should be filling you up.

  15. eating loads and feeling hungry is generaly due to being bored.

Go out with you friends, take up a hobby. Get atleast forty minutes of sunlight a day. If you ever feel like snacking instead of chocolate and crisps etc. have some fruit or make a salad. you'll see that you start to eat less.

    hope this helps

  16. Make sure you are well hydrated because sometimes thrist can disguise itself as hunger.  also add some high fiber foods which will keep you fuller for longer.
