  1. It won't be easy but its certainly not impossible. Since you're starting your plan young it seems to me that the best thing to do is consider going to college in France.

    Of course, first of all you're going to need to learn to speak French fluently which will be a challenge. Its difficutl to attain fluency without having a lot of practice with a native speaker. How you manage this may be your biggest challenge.

    But if you can then you have to start thinking about college in France. It might be best to do a couple of years in an American college then apply to French schools. Chances are that many, if not most,  of your credits won't transfer but a solid academic record from a good American school will make it easier to get admitted in France. And given that French colleges are very close to free you won't be out a lot of money.

    If you can get into a French college then you've got it made since, assuming you can succeed in getting a degree, you'll have spent almost enough time as a legal resdient to apply for French citizenship.
