Okay like all the people above me, I don't base my life on astrology, BUT we all know that we're here because we want to talk about astrology, and discuss things from astrological perspectives. So I'm still answering the question from an astrological point of view.

Aries and Libra are opposite signs. Being opposite means you are very similar but also very different. If you can get along well, that could be the greatest pair ever because you guys complement each other. But if you have different goals and both are too stubborn to let the other develop, then it's doomed.

Aries is a Cardinal Fire, and Libra is a Cardinal Air. Cardinals are leaders, they prefer to initiate stuff, create new things, and can be controlling and demanding. One of them has to step down and let the others take charge. If not, then the two may clash.
