  1. no enegy drink is good before a game becuse ull crash half way though eat helthy food with lots of enegry

  2. It sounds like you're diet is missing something. Are you watching carbs? You need complex cards for energy. Your body cannot give you energy if you don't feed it. Either go to a nutritionist or do some research on line for proper diet/caloric intake for an athlete of your size and energy level. In the mean time try Guru. Its an all natural energy drink. No caffeine and no added sugar. The site is www.guruenergy.us

  3. Propel(by gatorade) makes healthy water that comes in many flavors.

  4. someone mentioned XS before...i can set you up with that...no sugar no carbs...no "sugar high".. drop me an e-mail here or at bcook@thewavecraze.com.....you can buy it online with free shipping!

  5. dude its called gaterade

  6. I've found energy drinks to have no effect. If you want, eat one of those energy bars. For liquid, your best source is water. No propel or anything. Straight out water. Might also want to eat a light meal 2 hours before the game if you'regetting tired. Works for me. Give it a shot.

  7. I find that water's the best drink to get you (re)hydrated during or after excercise. It good before too.

  8. vault...drink it about and hour to an hour and a half before the game and then by game time you'll be hyper/pumped up...i used to drink that and it worked.  they also have diet vault too, i havent tried it, but it would probably work just as well. also, eating a light snack before the game will keep you from getting tired!

  9. If you want to avoid energy drinks but still keep your energy high the best thing to do is to eat complex carbs through-out the day but not within an hour of before the game...FYI I don't like energy drinks either but the energy drink by Xyience is pretty good, I usually take that before my Muay Thai classes, and it's pretty good.

  10. find a quixtar member and ask them about xs energy drinks. there is a sports drink and a regular energy drink. they come in alot of different flavors and are made up of just vitamins. and they are REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!!
