What do you mean double pensioner?

Philippines has 2 pension systems right now -- Social Security System (SSS) for private employees and the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) for state employees.

By double pension, do you mean you get GSIS pension as well as SSS pension? If you've worked for both private and government sectors, you can get both GSIS and SSS

You may also want to check out the Personal Equity and Retirement Account" (PERA) bill, a supplementary private retirement plan for all public and private employees. The bill has already been forwarded to Malacanang for signature of Pres. Arroyo. Once enacted, you can participate in that as well
