Im and Australian Citizen and to want to apply for a USA green card?

I came here to visit my boyfriend in the USA and I want to marry him and apply for a green card. Im about to overstay my 90day visa and get married. Will the immigration ask me alot of questions regarding my stay and have any of you got a green card in the USA after a 90 day visit if so give me details?

  1. no you can't get it after 90 days as long has he is a citizen and paying tax and the relationship is genuine and you can prove it you can apply
