Im applying for medicaid and need proof of residency but I have a PO Box. Also, I rent. How do I get proof?

I know at our office we can accept pretty much any type of mail that has your physical address on it.  If you don't have anything with your address on it you can ask the agency if they have a residency verification form that you can use.  Also for rent you can use your lease, rent receipt or have your landlord write a statement verifying how much you are paying monthly.  There are lots of options, contact your worker and ask them if you need help.
