Im around 11st odd, with a body fat % of 11, what do you think my natural weight would be as a boxer?

I'm joining a boxing club soon, and would like to idolise someone in my weight class so i can learn from them, i intend to take this serioulsy and get as far as i can get with it

  1. assuming you don't lose any more fat, you are currently a light middleweight, a junior middleweight or  a super welterweight, depending on which governing body you're fighting for.

    11 stone is 154 pounds.


  2. you never said what age you are.

    11 stone is middleweight and it is historically one of the most competitive.. Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank, Thomas "the hitman" hearns, Steve Collins to name but a few.

    These men walked around at prob 12 or 13 stone and would "make weight"...

    I`d say you could make welterweight which is 10stone.. Ricky Hattons weight

  4. If you are around 11st (154lb) when you start training and work off the body fat you will probably get down to under 140lb which would make you a light welterweight.
