  1. Basically you need to either be sponsored by a job, win the lottery ( there is a greencard lottery) or get married to a US citizen.

You may start by looking for a job and then going on a worker's visa. Then if your employer would like you stay even longer, ask him if he would sponsor you.

  2. Saan ka na? Just join the Navy like a lot of pinoys do.

  3. Don't do it.The U.S. don't want you or any other "visitors", so make the best of your situation or OFF yourself!

  4. You are in the military?  (You said based...)

Try the U.S. Embassy on Roxas Blvd., Manila, or the one in Cebu.

You will need a passport, need a place to live, a job or enough money to live on, etc.

Just what depends upon your status: married, single, etc.; nationality; all that good stuff.

    I married a Filipina...

    Good luck.

  5. Contact the local US consulate and complete the formalities for migration!
