Im bleeding from my head but not a lot what should i do? is it serious? will it be gone in the morning? ?

please im worried i was polaying football and hit myself on the head on a tree playing football im scared do i have a concussion? i dont feel anything but the bleeding on my right top head near my forehead but on my hair please help :[

If you passed out you probably have a concussion otherwise probably not. Try to have a trustworthy adult look at it to determine if stiches may be necessary. If you can't find someone then it may be in your best interest to go see a doctor anyway. You don't want to be bald someday and have an ugly scar there for all to see.

You have to be bleeding pretty good to die from blood loss. It doesn't sound like you are bleeding to death.

If you did not pass out, and do not feel light headed now, and are not bleeding profusely, then you should be alright if you go to sleep.

If the bleeding doesn't stop you might want to go to the E.R. but a cut on the head will always bleed more then anywhere else.

go to the doctors NOW, anything around the head or neck is serious.  have your parents drive you there, if you can't go to your regular doctor tonight, go to Urgent care or the ER, cause if you don't get it checked out soon, it might hurt you and you may not be able to play football again.

You will have to go to the doctor to get the wound stitched up.  Believe me, it happened to me.  It was not pretty.
