- draw

- start a journal / diary

- read

- listen to music

- stay on the internet

- watch t.v

- take a walk / excerise

- call somebody

- look through old stuff

- clean the housee ( makes your mom feel better )

- take a bath

- cook

- take care of yourselff .. get all dressed up do your hair , do your makeup etc.

- build a club house

- practice sports

Try and empathise with them. They are sad, maybe making them a hot drink, or just allowing yourself to cry with them.

Don't be too ashamed to show emotion. You don't have to hide in activity to run away from feelings you find painful.

You may have to get used to this too, people can cry a lot and be very angry when things like this happen.Don't take anything that your Mum and boyfriend say too personally like it is your fault either for a while, they may be still in grief!!

I hope they grieve fast and get through this hard time.
