Im bored and have nothing to do can anyone suggest anything ( my pc wont play games )?

You probably won't like my answer, but here it is anyhow----

There is never an excuse to be bored! Just because your PC won't play games doesn't mean there's nothing to do.

Read a book; walk a dog (offer to walk a neighbor's, if your family doesn't have one); teach yourself to cook; take a walk; lie outside if it's a nice day and look at clouds; go to the library, or a music store, or a bookstore; volunteer somewhere.

Get the picture? There is a big, wide world out there and boredom shouldn't ever be an option.

This is what I tell my own kids, and now I'm telling you.
