I really enjoyed all of the Spider Man movies, The Elf is a good comedy.  Shaolin Soccer is fun also.

The Last Mimsy was one of my nieces favorites as well as The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.  E.T. is a classic  Some cool cartoon films would be Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle.

I love the Indiana Jones films and I watched them for the first time when I was ten. Great action and dialog.

Also if you want a really funny comedy, watch either The Princess Bride or Robin Hood: Men in Tights.

Lastly, DaVinci Code. I loved the book and the movie is great too! More of a serious topic, but really cool plot line

well there are a few basics, like shawshank redemption. or Indiana jones and the last crusade. but it all depends on what you like. if you are a coen brothers fan, id go with raising arizona, hudsucker proxy, or even intolerable cruelty is a good one. that has clooney and zeta jones in it. its a popular one. and funny. if i knew what you liked I could give you more of a specific answer. sorry

dude!!! if i were to die and i could watch one last movie, that would be PINEAPPLE EXPRESS, JAMES FRANCO AND SETH ROGEN this movie isn't like really inappropriate. there is slight drug use, besides that, its all comedy. The genre its in is comedy/action. Realz funny James Franco at his best!!!
