  1. he can.

  2. He needs to respect our immigration laws and go back to Mexico and THEN go through the proper channels to become legit.  He should have a mastery of the English language, respect our laws and culture, and be able to support himself.

  3. Game is right, consult an immigration attorney before you do anything else.

  4. Send him home where he belongs.

  5. He is illegal and must return to his country.  Perhaps you can get married in his country.

  6. do not ask him to leave , go to a lawyer and do what whatever he advices u . but as far as i know u will be able to do it from here , u probably will need a cosponsor though . so think of a person u think could help u and don't forget ur lawyer . oh and please ask him to not get himself into any troubles with the law since that could ban him from receiving ur help .

  7. I think that you have to over 21 to sponsor a spouse/fiance.  Also, you will have to prove that you can support him.  Also, immigration will be very interested as to where he has been living in the US and what he has been doing since he is here illegally.  He should have gone back to Mexico before he was 18 1/2 years old and then there would have been no illegality.

You need a lawyer but I do not think it looks good from what you have explained so far.
