  1. What exactly do you need help with?  Post some more info or contact me and I can help you out.

djpanther99, the type of port you use does, in no way, effect the sound.  A port is a port no matter what shape it is.  What does effect the sound is the tuning frequency and the air velocity through the port.  But two enclosures with different type of ports that have the same tuning frequency and same air velocity (and same internal volume) will sound the same given everything else is done properly.

The tuning frequency must be choosen correctly to achieve the best sound and performance from the subwoofer.  The air velocity through the port is important because you do not want the air moving too fast.  If this happens you will have port noise.

    Good Luck!!!

  2. ok i have ran these before and belive me when i tell you they hit alot harder in a sealed enclosure rather than ported in a tuned port box i ran 4 and hit a 149.6 on a term lab mic and in a sealed enclosure i hit a 151.4  same mic

  3. the best vent to me in my opinion is the rectangular vent..this will deepin the sound and bring out more pressure..and if u do it  right u might be able to get a good rattle out of it..
