Im building a box for my subs.

Question

im building a box for my four 12 inch ma audio subs,but im having trouble deciding wether it should be ported or sealed,or should each speaker have its own chamber or all together?? can someone give me some ideas for the box??

i agree with stephen on this 1 ,all subs should have their own space,and a ported box is the way to go ,let some of the bass out ,when u get it done and hooked up u should really have some outstanding bass!

split the box each sub should have its own space that way if you lose one sub the other three will still pound.  Go with a ported box with one port for each sub.  That should sound nice in whatever you put it in.  In a Sealed enclosure where all the subs share air space you will lose alot of bass if one of them blows.
