Im buying a pwc it never had a title?

the guy owns a 175 foot yacht wich goes world wide he bought the boat and the waverunner together but he bought it in europe and never got the title and it has never been registered before its a 2002 how do i register it without the title or can i still obtain one for it some other way please help me asap thanks so much

Some states require titles for PWC's and some do not.  I would suggest that you contact  a licensing agent in your state for guidance.  You may be able to get a title even tho the prior owner had none.

If this doesn't work, check with the state of Alabama.  You may be able to title it there initially.
