Im buying a safe for college and a was wondering if it was against the rules to bolt it down?

Bolt it down? To the flooring? Ok well if its in a dorm room, anything that could potentially damage the room is against the rules. The only things allowed are usually wall safe sticky tape for posters. Bolting or s******g anything to anything in the room will more than likely be against the rules. Check online or call the your college and ask for more information :)

Look in your lease or ask the person in charge of your dorm and see if you can do that.
