Im buying a wesuit for triathlons, should it have sleeves or not?

I have distanced up to half ironman, but never had to use a wetsuit. Any suggestions on sleeves or not?

Positives and negatives for a full, sleeveless suit:

+ More bouyancy

+ Warmer in cold water

- A little harder to get in and out of

- A little more expensive

The wetsuit I currently have has sleeves. The sleeves are a made of a thinner material, so they do not feel confining at all. The one I rented before was sleeveless. I like the new one better.
